-Stellarium: Stellarium is a free open source planetarium for your computer. It shows a realistic sky in 3D, just like what you see with the naked eye, binoculars or a telescope. http://www.stellarium.org/
-Deep Sky Stacker: DeepSkyStacker is a freeware for astrophotographers that simplifies all the pre-processing steps of deep sky pictures. http://deepskystacker.free.fr/english/index.html
-GIMP: It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages. A free alternative to photoshop. http://www.gimp.org/
-AutoStakkert: Emil Kraaikamps excellent stacking software, stacks anything from Solar, Lunar, Planetary. http://www.autostakkert.com/wp/
